Calling features

IVR options if you called into a business and you were given options like: Press 1 for sales, press 2 for Tech support, Press 3 for Accounts payable.

This feature would transcribe the callers voice message to a text transcription.

Phones & handsets

These are typical phones for employees that are at a desk/workstation most of the day that might not be comfortable with a desktop softphone APP.

Main Wireless Station that allows other wireless phones to connect. There is one phone and one base station.

This is another wireless phone that connects to the main Wireless phone's base station (W77P). You can use up to 10 ea. of these that will work with the W77P.

A software-based phone application that can be used on a desktop, laptop/tablet, or mobile phone. One license allows you to use the app across all three devices.

The desktop app provides business call-management features similar to a traditional phone system. It can also be used alongside a desktop or wireless phone while keeping the same extension number.

For example, you can receive business calls on your mobile device when you are away from your desk. If you are unavailable, calls can be directed to voicemail.

POE Switch

Power and internet to each phone over a single ethernet cable.

A POE switch is a very common piece of hardware used when installing VoIP phones. It allows you to run Power (to power up the phone) over the ethernet cable by going to an office/desk location so you can supply the internet and the phone service on the one ethernet cable.

Please note: This device also lets the HBE Yakabit Engineer remotely be able to work on your business phone system without the costly fee of an “onsite” Engineer.
