HBE Internet is always upgrading and expanding the coverage area that the network encompasses. Be sure and click on the Coverage Map tab and see if your location is in the green area and make sure the location Pin is on your home. Then click on the Check for Service tab and fill out the required fields and HBE will receive an email with your information and email you back and/or contact you in the manner you choose.

Six plans, sized by how many TVs you stream at once. Every plan is fixed wireless from the HBE Internet network, installed and supported by our own field technicians.
Stream & YouTube 1 TV & 1 Device
This plan will support streaming YouTube and/or Netflix videos, email, news, weather and general surfing the web. If there is more than 1 TV streaming and other devices likely a larger bandwidth package is recommended.
This package is used for a One or Two-person household streaming Netflix and/or YouTube to 1 TV and a device simultaneously. This package is also for a household with several people using the Internet with limited video streaming.
2 Netflix/YouTube and 1 Live TV
This package will support Live TV such as Hulu or YouTubeTV and other Netflix/YouTube type usage. This plan will allow multiple devices online and TV Video streaming simultaneously. The following Options are suggestions of what a customer might choose to use this Live Plus package to support.
Live TV streaming like Hulu or YoutubeTV to 1 TV while another device can be watching YouTube/Netflix, the news, or weather short videos. You can also surf the Internet, check your email, surf Facebook, etc with multiple users.
2 Live TV Streams/Plus Devices
This plan will allow multiple devices online and TV Video streaming simultaneously. The following Options are suggestions of what a customer might choose to use this Live Plus package to support.
This plan will allow 2–3 TV’s streaming Live TV like Hulu or YoutubeTV.
2 TV streaming “Most Live TV Services and 1–2 Netflix and other devices doing moderate internet surfing”. This means that depending on the quality of the streaming provider as to how well it performs.
This plan will allow multiple devices online or “2 TV Live TV Services and 2 Netflix Services”. Video streaming for 3–4 TV’s simultaneously, is accomplished with this package. The following Options are suggestions of what a customer might choose to use this Silver/Live Plus package to support.
NOTE: 30 Meg Plan Subject to location
This plan will allow 3–4 TV’s to stream “Combination of Netflix type Service and Live TV” simultaneously without buffering. You should be able to surf the Internet on news, weather, and Facebook type sites without buffering.
4–5 TV + Devices
NOTE: 50 Meg Plan Subject to location
This plan will allow 4–5 TV’s to stream “Netflix Type Services or Live TV Services” simultaneously without buffering. You should be able to surf the Internet on news, weather, and Facebook type sites without buffering while streaming. Children should be able to do YouTube while 4–5 TV’s or using “Netflix or Live TV Type Services” or multiple (4–5) Netflix shows streaming.
This plan will allow for SOHO type Businesses to be able to conduct Video conferencing as well as multiply work stations for several computers to access online services simultaneously. You should be able to surf the Internet on news, weather, and Facebook type sites without issues while the video conferencing takes place. Note: Heavy video streaming, other than the video conferencing might need to be stopped during the conferencing to ensure HD video to work at a high level.
5 Plus TV + Devices
NOTE: 100 Meg Plan Subject to location
This plan will allow 5 TV’s to stream “Netflix or Live TV Type Services” simultaneously without buffering. You should be able to surf the Internet on news, weather, and Facebook type sites without buffering while streaming. Children should be able to do YouTube while 3–5 TV’s or using “Most Live TV Services” or multiple (4–5) Netflix shows streaming.
This plan will allow for Larger type Businesses to be able to conduct Video conferencing as well as multiple work stations for several computers to access online services simultaneously. You should be able to surf the Internet on news, weather, and Facebook type sites without issues while the video conferencing takes place.
Speeds may vary depending on time or traffic.
